TRAJECTORIES OF PROFESSIONAL DEVELOPMENT OF THE LEADERS OF GENERAL EDUCATIONAL ORGANIZATIONS

Актуализируется вопрос профессионального развития руководителей общеобразовательных организаций в связи с выходом новой квалификации, необходимой руководителю для выполнения обновленных трудовых функций, связанных управлением, администрированием и развитием деятельности организации. Представлена программа исследования обоснованием выборки, построенной по критерию максимального числа резильентных школ регионах модели PISA. Приведен анализ результатов социологического опроса директоров из 21 субъекта Российской Федерации участию различных формах обучения до после назначения на должность, предпочтительности выбора формы развития, тематике программ повышения квалификации профессиональной переподготовки, оценке респондентов степени необходимости повышении их профессиональных компетенций. Сделан вывод пересмотру содержательной части подготовки управленческих команд образовательных организаций: от траектории управления организацией персоналом к педагогического лидерства как возможности системы общего образования формате практик целеполаганием результаты образовательной среды, качества обучения. Даны рекомендации развитию персонифицированной разработке механизма расходования внебюджетных средств организации дополнительное профессиональное обучение руководителей. The issue of professional development heads educational organizations is being updated in connection with the release a new standard “Head an organization (management preschool and general organization)”. research program presented substantiation sample constructed according to criterion maximum number resilient schools regions PISA model. An analysis results sociological survey school principals from constituent entities Russian Federation on participation various forms vocational training “before” “after” appointment position, preference for choosing form development, subject advanced retraining programs, respondents’ assessment degree need improving their competence. Conclusions are drawn changing content organizations: management, personnel management pedagogical leadership, as resource education system format practices focus achievements environment, quality education. Recommendations given personalized organizations, mechanism spending non-budgetary funds additional heads.
